With a moderate snow falling, units from Quakertown Fire and Pattenburg Rescue were dispatched for the motor vehicle accident with the driver trapped on Rt 579 in Union Twp around 00:30 hours. 

Rescue 91 and Squad 91 with 10 men along with both chiefs responded and found a vehicle on its side with the driver needing assistance getting out.  The Rescue Company used struts and cribbing to stablized the car and allow for the uninjuried driver safely get out of the rear hatch.  The EMS crew checked over the driver who refused transport.
